Participants may choose or be invited to submit information for use within the network, including:

  • Name and professional designation

  • Training credentials
  • Business name
  • Professional experience
  • Services offered
  • Service area
  • Availability

  • Facilitate staffing, hiring, referral, route, contract, or business inquiries

Participants are responsible for ensuring that information submitted for network use is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

LEADS, REFERRALS AND PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

Participants may choose to be considered for available leads, referrals, professional connections, jobs, staffing requests, routes, contracts, or business opportunities.

When appropriate and authorized, MCA may share limited professional, business, qualification, location, availability, or contact information needed to facilitate a requested connection or opportunity.

For example, MCA may:

  • Share a courier’s approved professional information with a healthcare organization, employer, client, or independent courier business
  • Share an organization’s staffing, delivery, route, or service requirements with potentially qualified network participants
  • Provide contact information when the parties have requested or authorized an introduction

Receiving or participating in an introduction does not guarantee employment, assignments, referrals, routes, contracts, clients, revenue, or business results.

Participants may request to stop receiving or participating in optional leads, referrals, or professional opportunities by contacting MCA. Removal from optional opportunities may not affect records MCA must retain for administration, verification, security, dispute resolution, or legal purposes.

MEMBERSHIP, CREDENTIAL AND CERTIFICATION VERIFICATION

  • Completion or issuance date
  • Current standing with MCA

MCA may request information reasonably necessary to confirm the identity, authorization, or legitimate purpose of the party requesting verification.

HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATIONS, EMPLOYERS AND CLIENTS

Healthcare organizations, employers, clients, and courier businesses may submit information when requesting staffing, referrals, verification, delivery services, routes, contracts, or other professional connections.

Individuals may request to stop receiving optional promotional or opportunity-related communications. MCA may continue sending necessary transactional, enrollment, credential, verification, security, payment, or administrative communications.

Message and data rates may apply to text messages depending on the individual’s mobile service provider.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers, including Stripe and any payment-plan providers available at checkout.

MCA does not directly store complete credit-card, banking, or other financial-account information. Payment providers process payment and related information according to their own privacy policies, security practices, and terms.

Certain membership, credential, certification, transaction, disciplinary, and verification records may be retained after active participation ends when reasonably necessary to preserve record accuracy and program integrity.

DATA SECURITY

MCA takes reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures designed to protect information submitted through the website and MCA programs.

However, no method of internet transmission, electronic communication, or electronic storage is completely secure. MCA cannot guarantee absolute security.

MCA is not responsible for the content, security, availability, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services. Users should review the applicable privacy policies before submitting information through an external website or service.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

MCA programs, membership, certification, Business Development services, and the Medical Courier Network are not directed to children under 13.

MCA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through these services. If MCA learns that such information has been submitted, MCA may take reasonable steps to delete it.

MCA may need to verify the identity and authority of the person making a request before responding.

Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for program administration, credential verification, transaction records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or legal compliance.

Removing information from an optional network profile does not necessarily require MCA to delete internal membership, training, credential, certification, payment, disciplinary, or verification records.

STATE-SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where an individual resides, applicable law may provide additional rights concerning personal information.

MCA may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, residency, and authority before processing a privacy request. MCA will respond to applicable requests as required by law.

Authorized agents may be required to provide documentation establishing their authority to act for another individual.
